Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Collection Coordinator to support daily operations through the collection, tracking, and maintenance of operational data. This position will collaborate with frontline employees, supervisors, and leadership to ensure information is documented accurately and submitted on time.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and possess strong Excel, organizational, and data-entry skills.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect operational data from various teams and work areas
  • Enter and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
  • Track daily performance metrics and operational activity
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Work with team members to research and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, activity logs, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure required information is entered accurately and on schedule
  • Organize electronic and physical records for easy retrieval
  • Communicate with frontline employees and supervisors to obtain missing information
  • Assist with inventory and general operational tracking as needed
  • Support process-improvement initiatives through accurate data collection and recordkeeping


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, administrative support, or data entry preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
