We're looking for an experienced Corporate/Technical Recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building teams from the ground up. What You'll Do

As a trusted talent partner, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle and manage searches across technical, business, operational, and executive-level positions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding support
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
  • Recruit across Engineering, Product, Design, AI, Sales, Consulting, Operations, Finance, Corporate Functions, and Leadership roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, recruiting platforms, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical capabilities, experience, communication skills, and overall fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations to leadership
  • Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress using ATS and recruiting tools
  • Help improve recruiting processes, documentation, interview practices, and overall hiring operations
  • Support employer branding, referral initiatives, and talent community development
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies when appropriate
  • Assist with broader talent initiatives including onboarding, workforce planning, and compensation research as needed
What Client Looking For:Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in startup, high-growth, or enterprise environments
  • Proven success recruiting across both technical and corporate functions
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, business functions, and hiring markets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
  • Recruiting within Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Technology Consulting, or Professional Services
  • Experience supporting executive-level searches
  • Multi-region or international recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer development
  • Experience helping scale recruiting processes within growing organizations
