Overview

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc. the Talent Acquisition Team Leader will actively manage the full life cycle recruitment for high priority positions, as well as supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists with the purpose of hiring and onboarding top talent. This position coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives.

Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00

Working Relationships

    Reports to the Talent Acquisition Director and keeps them informed regarding talent acquisition concerns and workload.
  • Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer to complete requests and reports needed for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Director's as directed by the President & C.E.O.
  • Supervises the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure daily and weekly tasks are performed according to various program and organizational needs.
  • Works collaboratively with the President & C.E.O., Executive Vice President & C.O.O., Executive Leadership Team and Division/Service Directors to meet the human resource needs of Helio Health.
Responsibilities
  • Manages and trains a team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists on our recruitment and pre-onboarding processes to ensure new hires are thoroughly vetted and clear various background checks.
  • Oversees the utilization of our applicant tracking system, verifying the Talent Acquisition Specialists and other users are properly sourcing and tracking related candidate information.
  • Performs proactive sourcing and recruiting efforts to attract talent for high priority positions across all programs.
  • Works collaboratively with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity equity and inclusion strategic plan.
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, per-diem, contractual, volunteer and intern colleagues.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Assist to develop appropriate marketing strategies and define roles and responsibilities of hiring team to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment life cycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
  • Manage and audit Open Positions tracker and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure alignment with program budgets.
  • Coordinate, attend, participate, and assist in hosting Helio Health sponsored recruitment fairs, open interviews and University and Community career/job fairs.
  • Conduct presentations and training as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required, with experience recruiting in behavioral healthcare preferred.
  • 2+ Years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of OASAS, OMH, DOH and other healthcare related background check and credentialing process experience highly preferred.
  • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
