Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, including specialized and senior-level positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving recruiting strategy, process improvements, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop sourcing strategies and guide hiring decisions.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and recruiter workload.
  • Develop and improve recruiting processes, documentation, training materials, and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring recruiters and supporting onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, business leaders, and external recruiting partners.
  • Manage recruiting vendors, including staffing agencies, background screening providers, and job boards.
  • Support employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO requirements, and company hiring policies.
  • Deliver interview and hiring best practice training to managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources experience.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and senior-level roles.
  • Experience handling high-volume requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce planning.
  • Experience improving recruiting processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO compliance, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline initiatives is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Compensation: Up to $140,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
