Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports To: VP of Human Resources
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes


Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and supports the organizationโ€™s full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and positive candidate experience across all TMI locations. This role partners closely with leadership to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent while maintaining effective recruitment processes and pipelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activities
  • Partner with the HR Director to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processes
  • Manage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positions
  • Oversee job postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boards
  • Source candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster
  • Review and screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools and best practices
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Communicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedules
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as needed
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guides
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to HR leadership
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS platforms)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills

Education and Experience
