Location - REMOTE but would prefer candidates from CO, WA, MN, and NY. This is a remote role, but travel is required for new openings
Salary - $90k-$100k

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all Talent and human resources functions for a large hospitality group.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of human resources/talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or seasonal operations
  • Experience managing onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and compliance procedures preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management for full-time and seasonal team members
  • Manage recruitment efforts including interviews, hiring coordination, and job description development
  • Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and personnel documentation
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and support team member inquiries
  • Partner with department leaders on employee relations, performance management, and staffing needs
  • Support employee recognition, engagement, and culture-building initiatives across the resort
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
