Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting and hiring efforts across the organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening support, interview coordination, and applicant tracking activities. The selected candidate will assist with recruiting operations, help maintain candidate pipelines, support job posting efforts, and contribute to day-to-day recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support aspects of the full life cycle recruiting process, including requisition preparation, sourcing, screening support, interview coordination, offers support, and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Utilize sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, online networking, Boolean searches, referrals, and traditional networking methods.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and activity records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support staffing plans and recruiting strategies.
  • Post and refresh job openings across approved platforms and track posting activity.
  • Help build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring and high-priority needs.
  • Provide routine status updates on sourcing efforts and candidate progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and business information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Policy, International Affairs, or a related field.
  • Be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with LinkedIn.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Be coachable, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Be able to commit up to 25 hours per week.
