JOB OVERVIEW:
We seek a motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale and help us achieve our mission of creating a prosperous future through strategic talent acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Talent Sourcing: Find and attract a wide range of talented candidates using various tools and techniques.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
  • Educational Events: Help plan and host educational events, such as workshops and webinars, to engage and inform our community.
