Role Overview:

The Technical Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for building high-impact talent pipelines and delivering qualified candidates across critical technical roles, including Engineering, IT, Automation, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). This role is measured on speed, quality, and consistency of pipeline generation, with a strong focus on proactive outreach, candidate engagement, and conversion.


This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by results. The Technical Sourcing Recruiter will manage up to 10 active requisitions at a time, owning pipeline health, outreach strategy, and candidate engagement to consistently deliver against hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive proactive sourcing strategies across Electrical Engineering, IT, Automation, and O&M roles, focusing on niche and hard-to-fill skill sets
  • Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining strong, conversion-ready pipelines for each role
  • Generate consistent candidate flow through high-volume outreach, including LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct outbound calls and direct candidate engagement to increase response rates and accelerate pipeline conversion
  • ย Identify, engage, and convert both passive and active candidates through targeted outreach and follow-ups
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification to ensure candidates meet technical and role requirements before submission
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, candidate profiles, and market conditions
  • Provide real-time market intelligence, including talent availability, compensation insights, and competitor activity
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using ATS and sourcing tools
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, follow-ups, and professional engagement
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and sourcing channels to improve efficiency and results
  • Attending and organizing local job fairs, hiring events, military recruiting events, and community outreach

Requirements

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven experience supporting Electrical Engineering, IT, Automation, and/or O&M hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ~10 + concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong pipeline activity and quality
  • Proven track record of high-volume outreach (messages, emails, and calls) with strong candidate engagement and conversion rates
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track outreach metrics, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with urgency
  • Physical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 20 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.

  • Experience sourcing within power generation, energy, EPC, or industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Experience with talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning
  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations
  • Strong Excel/ reporting experience is a plus
