We are seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Go-To-Market organization with top-tier talent. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment built for someone who thrives on finding talent others can't - turning competitor maps into candidate pipelines and cold outreach into warm relationships. You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for our GTM teams, working in close partnership with our recruiting team in a split model.

Your Impact

  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for GTM roles - mapping competitors, identifying passive candidates, and continuously refreshing pools ahead of business demand.

  • High-Velocity Sourcing: Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and GTM hiring, delivering a consistent flow of qualified, assessed candidates to recruiting partners.

  • Direct Sourcing Excellence: Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent - particularly from direct competitors.

  • Navigate Ambiguity: Quickly translate vague or shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies, staying one step ahead in a fluid, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Talent Attraction recruiting team - handing off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and proactively applying qualified talent to multiple open opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence: Serve as a talent market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and advise recruiting partners.


Basic Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record supporting Sales or GTM hiring in a high-velocity environment.

  • In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.

  • Sourcing Depth: Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques - Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.

  • Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment.

  • Outreach Craft: Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations - including cold calling and phone-based relationship building.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to passive candidates.

  • Execution: Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously and deliver pipeline on deadline.

  • Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google preferred.


Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a dedicated sourcing or research function within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools is a plus.
