About Us
Maybell Quantum is redefining the future of computing. As a venture-backed quantum hardware innovator experiencing rapid growth, we're building technology that will transform industries for decades to come. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and recruiting for highly technical and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced, growing company.
We are prioritizing candidates based in Denver or New York but would consider remote candidates for the right experience.
What You'll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting

ATS Optimization
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data in the ATS
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes as we scale

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within deep tech, hardware, advanced manufacturing, or other highly technical environments strongly preferred

What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation Packages: Base salary range $90,000 - $140,000, with additional compensation through performance bonuses and equity options in one of the country's most promising startups. This range reflects compensation for candidates who meet our preferred qualifications. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, depth of technical experience, and scope of ownership. While industry experience is preferred, candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential may be considered, with compensation aligned accordingly.
