Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine's speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.
Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries. This role will be a 4+ month contract position.
What You'll Do...
  • Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media
  • Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback
  • Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
  • Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
  • Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

You have...
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations
  • Must have at least 3+ years of experience heavily recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
  • Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
  • Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech
  • Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
  • Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division
  • Proactive approach and thinking outside the box
  • Ability to work independently
  • Recruitment agency experience preferred, but not required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
