Job description

Soni is partnering with a global law firm seeking a Contract Recruiter. This role will conduct full-cycle recruitment for business professionals and marketing positions.
Responsibilities
  • Create requisitions within Workday and meet with hiring managers to determine ideal candidate skills and qualifications
  • Screen résumés and conduct phone screens, assess skillset and fit, and schedule and coordinate interview process
  • Manage and maintain candidate workflow
  • Coordinate background, conflicts and reference checks for final candidates
  • Make offers of employment, after consultation with HR team and hiring manager; oversee the offer letter process
  • Focus on recruitment from all sources including employee referrals, job postings, social media and agencies. Work closely with agencies on candidate submissions, interview coordination and offers of employment
  • Serve as sourcing expert to include building, developing, researching and maintaining resources and tools for strategic and targeted sourcing based on specialty job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, industry research and database sources
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and utilizing various job sites with solid knowledge of job-hunting and recruitment sources to reach passive candidates
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 2 yrs related experience
  • Prior recruiting experience within a law firm environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Background in recruiting within professional services organizations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed

AdditionaL Preferences:
  • Prior administrative experience in a professional services or law firm setting

Compensation: $30-40/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
