  • Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting or talent acquisition environment
  • Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines
  • Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineering, data, DevOps, infrastructure, etc.)
