Financial Recruiter (Contract)


Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri, Onsite Tues–Thurs)


Compensation & Schedule

  • $25-30 per hour
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Temporary – 3 months (potential for extension)


Role Impact

The Financial Services Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to support advisor growth and field expansion. This role is responsible for building high-quality candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent. Success in this position means maintaining recruiting speed in a high-volume environment while ensuring strong candidate experience and quality submissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
