Role: Accounting & Finance Recruiter

Location: New York City (hybrid work schedule)

Experience: Seeking 0-3 years of experience in A&F recruitment within an agency setting


Overview: Green Key Resources is expanding our Accounting & Finance recruiting team in our New York City office. We’re looking for a motivated recruiter with 0-3+ years of experience hiring within accounting & finance, or related professional experience. This is a hybrid position (3-4 days/week onsite) working with a collaborative, high‑performing team.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for A&F roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across Accounting and Finance (from Staff to CFO level), and related functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database.
  • Provide a high‑touch, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals to support team success.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation insights, and competitive activity within the A&F space.


What We’re Looking For

  • 0-3+ years of recruiting experience in A&F, or similar professional experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage a fast‑paced desk with multiple open requisitions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal partners.
  • A proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, metrics‑driven environment.
  • Ability to work hybrid in our Bew York City office (3-4 days onsite) - located just 3 blocks from Penn Station.
