Compensation: $60,000 โ€“ $70,000/year + commission

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)


Atlantic Group is hiring an Accounting & Finance Recruiter in Philadelphia, PA for our team, supporting accounting and finance recruiting across a growing practice. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record placing accounting and finance professionals who thrives in a relationship-driven, fast-paced environment. Candidates located in the Northeast are preferred, though remote consideration is available for highly successful recruiters.


Responsibilities as the Accounting & Finance Recruiter:

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and candidate placement.
  • Candidate Development: Build and maintain relationships with accounting and finance professionals while developing a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Client Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Business Development Support: Identify recruiting opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the accounting and finance market.
  • Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records, manage recruiting activity, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
