Financial Services Recruiter Day-to-Day:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Source, engage, and recruit top talent for positions within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, and other financial services sectors
  • Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts, including calls, emails, text messaging, and social outreach
  • Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, production history, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates

  • Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, market conditions, and ideal candidate profiles

  • Provide consistent communication and updates to clients throughout the recruitment process

  • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate offer presentations

  • Assist with onboarding and offer documentation as needed

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS and CRM systems

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and overall client experience


What We Look For In a Financial Services Recruiter:

  • Previous recruiting experience required
