About The Role:
Lendmarq, a leading private real estate lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking experienced Loan Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting individual investors and borrowers in securing loans for business-related real estate projects. This includes bridge loans, fix and flip projects, DSCR loans, multifamily properties, and ground-up construction loans. The Loan Advisor will be expected to adhere to the company's guidelines, policies, and procedures and exhibit the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of the business.
What You'll Do:
  • Direct consultation with investors and borrowers to determine suitable loan products for their business-purpose real estate projects.
  • Thorough analysis of financial data and investment plans to recommend the most appropriate lending solutions.
  • Guide clients through the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction.
