  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $70,000-80,000
  • Benefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance
  • Location: Niles, IL
  • Work Model: On-site

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for approximately 300 hourly employees and 80-100 salaried employees.
  • Calculate and process payroll that includes draws and commissions.
  • Support additional accounting functions during non-payroll weeks, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Accounting experience nice to have.
  • Willingness to learn and assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Experience with Paycom (strongly preferred)
