Other important duties include screening candidates who meet employer needs and keeping up with global business and economic trends. Qualifications for this career include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, experience successfully placing candidates, and top-notch communication skills.

What is a financial recruiter?

A Financial Recruiter is a professional who specializes in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in finance-related roles within organizations.
