Group Home Manager (Residential Supervisor)
Lead a team dedicated to excellence in care! We are seeking an experienced, organized, and heart-led Group Home Manager to oversee our residential operations in Seminole, FL.  Largo and Clearwater As an APD-regulated provider, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of living for our residents and a supportive environment for our staff.
### The Role

As the Group Home Manager, you are the heartbeat of the home. You will ensure the safety, well-being, and personal growth of our residents while managing a team of Direct Care Professionals.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage household budgets, grocery shopping, and maintenance schedules.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule caregivers; conduct monthly staff meetings.
  • APD Compliance: Ensure all documentation (WSC communications, implementation plans, and daily logs) meets state auditing standards.
  • Resident Advocacy: Coordinate medical appointments, attend iBudget meetings, and ensure person-centered goals are being met.
### Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities (APD experience strongly preferred).
  • Leadership: At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Background: Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
  • Credentials: Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record and current CPR/First Aid.
