  • Research, source, identify, and recruit high-quality, industry-specific professionals throughout the US
  • Cold-call, email, message through social media and win warm referrals for placement into direct-hire positions
  • Conduct meticulous, introductory, and prescreen conference phone calls to qualified professional candidates prior to moving forward with an in-person or video interview evaluation
  • Perform thorough and systematic in-person and video interview evaluations in accordance with KM’s interview and evaluation methodology, policies, and procedures utilizing our forms, search checklists, best practices, etc.
  • Obtain deal sheets, excel models, writing, and other work samples from professional candidates for evaluation and potential submission to clients for searches our firm is engaged in
  • Conduct professional references and complete synopsis to report and submit results to the client
  • Create dynamic and well-written candidate profiles based on prescreening phone calls, video interview evaluations, work sample reviews, and references conducted
  • Successfully match candidates to client profiles while carefully considering all technical, interpersonal, experiential, tangible, and intangible factors
  • Obtain and use feedback to enhance customer relationships and continuously improve the quality of service, add value, and enhance the client experience
  • Attend weekly meetings and other responsibilities as designated by the Managing Partner
  • Meet and/or exceed the established goals for an Executive Search Consultant
  • Become familiar with and use various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Bullhorn, Job Order Form, Candidate Interview Template, and others for the recruiting and marketing aspects of the Executive Recruiter position
