Position Overview

TEWS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Recruiter Intern to join our Technology Division. This is a paid internship designed for individuals interested in learning the fundamentals of technical recruiting, talent sourcing, and client delivery in a fast-paced staffing environment.

This role offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced recruiters and account managers, with exposure to real client requirements and candidate interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, Business Analysts, IT Support, Data/BI, Infrastructure)
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, and internal ATS (Bullhorn) to identify and engage talent
  • Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
  • Help update and maintain applicant tracking system records
  • Learn how to qualify candidates based on technical and cultural fit
  • Support recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and shadowing opportunities
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (Business, HR, Communications, or Technology-related fields preferred)
  • Strong interest in recruiting, HR, sales, or the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
