Your Opportunity:
We are searching for a charismatic, professional Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will work closely with leadership and HR to source, screen, and hire top talent for Native Pest Management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can effectively represent our company culture and career opportunities to potential candidates. This position involves a high volume of applicant communication and interviews, both in-person and via Zoom, and will also support the HR department with additional duties as needed. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Tallahassee office.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles (from job posting to offer stage)
  • Screen and vet applicants through phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Schedule and conduct back-to-back interviews using Zoom and/or Calendly
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs
  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner to all candidates
  • Create an engaging, welcoming experience for applicants throughout the process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers (as needed) and ensure a smooth candidate journey
  • Assist with miscellaneous HR matters such as onboarding, documentation, and administrative support as needed

Requirements:
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to connect easily with people is key
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and interviews daily
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00), in-person at our Tallahassee office (one-half Saturday may be required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree or HR certification is a plus but not required
  • Previous recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition experience is preferred
  • Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, and Calendly is preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Must be able to type at a minimum of 50WPM and 90% accuracy. (A typing test will be conducted)
  • BambooHR experience is a plus

What to Expect During the Hiring Process:
Once you submit your application, our HR team may reach out for an initial phone or Zoom interview. Candidates who move forward may then be invited to an additional follow-up interview, either via Zoom or in person at one of our nearby offices.
