We are seeking a Recruiter!

The Recruiting will lead and support Human Resources operations for Tactical Revolution, LLC, ensuring smooth execution across all phases of episodic events and staffing. This role involves managing a team of one full-time and two part-time recruiters, focusing on the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial job postings through final invoicing and payment. The Recruiting / HR Manager will coordinate tasks across six operational stages: Preparation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Planning, Execution, and Post-Event, ensuring efficient, compliant, and organized staffing processes that meet project goals. This position requires flexibility, with approximately 20% of work occurring during nights and weekends; compensatory time is offered as part of the benefits package to support work-life balance. This is a hybrid position. Majority of this work is on site, but weekends and evening work may be done remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation:

  • Lead job postings, social media outreach, and candidate engagement, including contacting previously contracted personnel for upcoming projects.
  • Oversee logistics reservations (e.g., vehicle rentals, lodging) as needed, ensuring arrangements are held at no cost.

2. Recruiting:

  • Supervise application screening, resume reviews, and interviews, guiding the team to efficiently issue offer letters
  • Support the team in building and updating call sheets and smart packs for each project.

3. Onboarding:

  • Ensure contractors complete all required documents (e.g., contracts, tax documents, direct deposit forms).
  • Address onboarding questions and ensure all compliance paperwork is processed accurately.

4. Planning:

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of project-specific materials, such as Smart pack, Call sheets, and Mug Shots.
  • Facilitate clear communication of project details to managers and contractors.

5. Execution:

  • Provide real-time support for staffing and logistical issues, ensuring contractors are properly supported and adjustments are made as needed.

6. Post-Exercise:

  • Oversee the reconciliation of hours worked, ensure accurate final payments, and facilitate timely invoicing.
  • Conduct post-project assessments to help refine future recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related administrative role.
  3. Experience supporting or managing small teams preferred.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail across multiple project stages.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for effective team coordination and real-time support.
  6. Availability to work nights and weekends as required by project timelines, with compensatory time provided.
