We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Surge Recruiter to support our recruiting team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone with an IT background or practical hands-on technical experience who can quickly evaluate candidate qualifications, align resumes to job requirements, and conduct initial video screenings.

Recruiting experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to quickly learn client requirements across a variety of technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate resumes against client job descriptions
  • Identify technical skill alignment and relevant experience
  • Conduct initial video interviews with candidates to assess communication skills, technical background, and overall fit
  • Provide clear screening notes and recommendations to the recruiting team
