As a key partner to our tech leaders, you'll blend creativity, precision, and data-driven strategy to deliver a seamless hiring experience that attracts top talent to scale our org.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our product and company goals
  • Be a talent market expert: Use data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisions
  • Source like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill roles
  • Advocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes

The total compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
