RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
We are looking for an entry level Recruitment Specialist in our Westminster office. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Formulate recruitment strategy
  • Identify opportunities to source new and diverse talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to evaluate staffing needs
  • Develop candidate profiles
  • Make first contact with job candidates
  • Manage interview schedules
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews
  • Check candidates' background and references
  • Ensure applicants fit the job qualifications and company culture
  • Follow-up with candidates on their statuses

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, PDFs, Outlook,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential
  • The physical activity required for this role includes:
    • Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
    • Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
    • Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
    • Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
