How much do 360 recruitment jobs pay per year?

As of Jun 10, 2026, the average yearly pay for 360 recruitment in the United States is $54,945.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $40,500.00 and $67,500.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

How does a 360 Recruitment consultant balance sourcing candidates and managing client relationships?

In a 360 Recruitment role, professionals are responsible for both candidate sourcing and client management, which requires strong time management and organizational skills. Typically, consultants divide their time between reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, and nurturing existing client partnerships. Success in this role often depends on the ability to prioritize urgent client needs while maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Regular communication, setting clear expectations, and leveraging recruitment tools can help consultants effectively manage both sides of the process and achieve their targets.

What is 360 recruitment?

360 recruitment refers to a comprehensive recruitment process where a recruiter manages the entire hiring lifecycle from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, presenting job offers, and even onboarding new hires. Unlike 180 recruitment, where responsibilities are split, 360 recruiters handle both client and candidate relationships. This approach is popular in recruitment agencies as it allows for greater control and accountability throughout the hiring process.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, and why are they important?

To excel as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you need strong sales acumen, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and negotiation skills, typically supported by experience in recruitment or a related field. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and job boards is essential, and some employers may prefer certifications like the REC or CIPD. Outstanding communication, resilience, and the ability to multitask effectively are critical soft skills for success in this role. These abilities are important as they enable consultants to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring successful placements and strong client and candidate satisfaction.

What is the difference between 360 Recruitment vs 180 Recruitment?

360 Recruitment Consultant โ€“ Houston (Energy / Infrastructure)

Weโ€™re hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Houston office, focused across energy, infrastructure, and construction markets.

This is part of a broader global business with teams across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and North America, supporting a mix of major projects and long-term client relationships.

The role sits within an established environment that delivers contract staffing, direct hire, and payroll solutions, giving you the ability to work across multiple revenue streams.

The Role

This is a full 360 desk.

There is some existing activity and client base, but itโ€™s not a fully built desk. The expectation is that you come in, build, and develop your own market while leveraging the platform and relationships already in place.

You will be responsible for:

  • Business development and client acquisition
  • Managing and growing client relationships
  • Running the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Building and owning your desk

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Comfortable with business development and client-facing work
  • Strong relationship builder with both clients and candidates
  • Motivated by revenue generation, billings, and GP
  • Able to work independently and build a desk over time

Performance & Earnings

  • This is a revenue-driven role
  • You should be comfortable working toward and discussing billings and GP
  • Success in this role is tied to your ability to build and grow a desk
  • Base salary plus commission, with flexibility depending on experience

Location

  • Houston, TX (Energy Corridor โ€“ I-10 & Eldridge)
  • Hybrid: in-office Tuesday through Thursday

This is a good fit for someone who wants to step into a true 360 role, build something of their own, and be part of a business with an established global footprint.
