Job description

We're looking for a driven recruitment professional ready to own the full desk: building client relationships, running search and selection end to end, and closing placements on your own book. If you want ownership over your pipeline and a real say in how you grow it, keep reading.

The Role

This is a true 360 role. You'll own every stage of the desk, from business development and client relationships through to candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement. Nothing gets handed off. You build the pipeline, you run the process, and you close the deal. You'll work with structure and support, not oversight.

Why Consultants Build Their Career Here

  • Uncapped commission on top of a competitive base, with real earning potential for consultants who bring results.
  • Modern office in the Biltmore area with paid parking, a full gym with steam room, sauna and cold plunge, and a game room with pool table and darts.
  • Top performers earn spots at quarterly lunch clubs at some of Phoenix's best restaurants, plus company incentive trips throughout the year.
  • Two weeks PTO from day one plus nine paid holidays, including a full week off between Christmas and New Year's โ€” effectively three weeks off right out of the gate.
  • A collaborative desk. Experienced consultants, low ego, and a culture built around winning together.
  • Room to grow as you deliver.

What You Bring

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience, with a track record managing a full desk from business development through to placement.
  • Strong negotiation and client-management skills.
  • Self-direction and the drive to build and grow your own market.
  • Able to commute reliably to the Biltmore area.

Locke Staffing Group matches exceptional specialists with companies that deserve them. If you're ready to own a desk and build something real, let's talk.
