How does an External Recruiter typically collaborate with internal hiring teams during the recruitment process?

External Recruiters work closely with internal hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles. Regular communication is essential, often involving update meetings, feedback sessions on candidate submissions, and alignment on interview processes.
