ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish recruiting requirements through the following:
  • Studying organization plans and objectives .
  • Meeting with key business leaders to discuss strategy and staffing needs.
  • Achieve Staffing objectives by:
  • Sourcing, recruiting and evaluating candidates.
  • Advising managers as the subject matter expert in recruiting.
  • Build applicant sources by:
  • Researching and contacting community services.
  • Cultivating relationships with universities, colleges, and local training programs.
  • Managing employment agencies and external recruiters.
  • Working with media and internet sites.
  • Providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits as well as making presentations; and maintaining rapport with all external partners.
  • Determine top candidates by:
  • Comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Reviewing application questions.
  • Interviewing and analyzing responses.
  • Coordinate with leadership and hiring managers to schedule additional interviews.
  • Research and understand recruitment market trends and participate in continuing educational opportunities.
  • Partner with Human Resources teams to seamlessly transition candidates into the onboarding process.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS amp; QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to listen, collaborate, and problem solve effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to influence leadership and hiring managers in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and compliance standards.
  • Familiar with personal and organizational KPI systems and measurements preferred.
  • Computer skills and a base knowledge of:
  • Microsoft office products and web-based applications.
  • Skype, Zoom and other online meeting platforms.
  • Applicant tracking systems and external job boards.
