Job Description

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including operations, customer support, administrative, and sales roles.
  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates through online platforms, networking initiatives, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open opportunities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster relationships with external recruiting partners, educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to expand candidate outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruiting efforts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel periodically to recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring-related functions as needed.
