Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Lead to design and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Talent Management solutions. This role will lead end-to-end delivery and partner with HR stakeholders to build a unified talent lifecycle across recruitment, performance, and succession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
  • Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud (requisitions, pipelines, interviews, offers, job postings)
  • Integrate Recruiting with Position Management for headcount control
  • Implement Talent Management modules (Performance, Succession, Career Development)
  • Configure workflows, approvals, security, and Redwood UI pages
  • Build reports and dashboards using OTBI
  • Lead SIT/UAT testing and support go-live
  • Provide documentation and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • 2+ full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Hands-on with Talent Management modules
  • Expertise in workflows, candidate lifecycle, and offer configuration
  • Knowledge of Position Management integration
  • Experience in complex environments (healthcare/public sector preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification
  • Experience with Redwood UI and VBS
  • Exposure to union/CBA environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
