Job description

Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support a dynamic talent acquisition team. This hybrid contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience.


As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process while providing essential administrative and coordination support to recruiters and hiring managers.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess qualifications and interest in open positions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Distribute interview feedback forms and follow up with interview teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update candidate statuses within Oracle Recruiting.
  • Disposition candidates in accordance with established recruiting processes and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with interview logistics and provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
  • Support recruiters with administrative recruiting activities as needed.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting or Oracle HCM is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook scheduling tools.
