Position Summary
The Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator/Functional Analyst is responsible for the
administration, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion
Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). The role partners with Human Resources,
Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, IT, and business stakeholders to support HR
operations and strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
 Administer Oracle Fusion HCM environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).
 Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent
Management, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Time and
Labor, Help Desk, Journeys, and ORC.
 Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
 Configure security roles, data roles, and user provisioning.
 Support HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI,
and Fast Formulas.
 Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud.
 Troubleshoot production issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
 Work with business users on enhancements, testing, documentation, and training.
Required Qualifications
 Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
 Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
 Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes.
