Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring. This position combines full-cycle recruiting execution with strategic partnership to help teams meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles from intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define job requirements and recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity within ATS and HR systems
  • Provide hiring insights and market feedback to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams on interview scheduling and onboarding steps

Qualifications:

  • 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment; agency experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills up to the Director level
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Knowledge of employment and labor law basics and hiring best practices
