Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Primarily Remote with Occasional Onsite Meetings)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months minimum)
Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week
Compensation : $80-110/hr
About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare and human services organization seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support the ongoing optimization, stabilization, and enhancement of a recently implemented Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
This consultant will play a key role in post-go-live support activities while contributing to Phase II design and configuration initiatives across several Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR leaders, and the HRIS team to deliver scalable solutions.
This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and available for occasional onsite meetings.
Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage HDL data loads and data-related activities
  • Provide recommendations related to security, user access, workflows, approvals, and system personalization
  • Evaluate configuration options and present solution recommendations and trade-offs
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to support ongoing system improvements
  • Assist with integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise applications and third-party vendors
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain reports and analytics to support business operations
  • Partner with the HRIS Manager and broader HRIS team on project-based initiatives and day-to-day system support
Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Learning Management and Oracle Help Desk modules
  • Prior experience within healthcare, nonprofit, or highly regulated environments
  • Familiarity with ERP ecosystems and enterprise application integrations
  • Experience working directly with HRIS teams during implementation and optimization projects
