LHH is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on new business development, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, networking, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This position offers a hybrid structure with our office on the north side of Columbus.

Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and business goals
- Present service offerings and develop tailored solutions to win new business
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new clients
- Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing (B2B sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
