Looking to hire 2 entry-level Technical Recruiters. We will tech you the art and science of recruiting.
We are a little different than your normal recruiting agency.
We are a 100% outbound recruiting firm. You will be expected to make cold calls to candidates to gauge their interest in exploring new career opportunities.
We do not measure call volume. You are an adult, and we expect you to be able to manage and value your time by doing high-quality work.
We do work onsite 4 days a week. This is a competitive advantage for us. Please don't waste our time applying if you want remote...we are not your place.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential IT candidates using various recruiting methods and platforms
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Provide significant and thoughtful support in preparing candidates for interviews
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the tech and hiring market
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of IT professionals
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
