Job description

Description

We are seeking a temporary Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a high-volume, fully on-site environment. This person will help move open positions through the hiring process efficiently while maintaining accurate records, supporting a positive candidate experience, and following established HR processes and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, requisition management, offer support, onboarding steps, and recruitment tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, provide regular updates on candidate and requisition status, and use tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365 to manage daily recruiting activity.

Responsibilities include:

Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.

Manage high-volume requisition activity and keep open positions moving through the hiring process.

Post and manage job advertisements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage requisitions and candidate information in Workday.

Support offer management and pre-employment steps such as background checks.

Maintain daily recruitment tracking spreadsheets and status reports.

Follow established recruiting SOPs, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflow efficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of professional experience in human resources

management

OR

A master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public

administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree plus 1 year of

professional experience in human resources management

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,

and onboarding, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency,

effectiveness, and achieving recruitment goals.

Expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking

systems (e.g., Workday) and the Microsoft 365 suite, to streamline and optimize

recruitment workflows.

Certifications in any of the following areas: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource

Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional

(SHRM-SCP).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
