In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting world-class technical talent, including engineers, QA professionals, and designers. You will leverage the latest recruitment technologies and AI-driven tools to find top-tier talent and partner with hiring leaders to scale our technical organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for critical technical roles including Software Engineering, QA, and the rest of the Technology Department
  • Leverage the latest recruitment technology and AI tools to identify and attract elite talent, build live dashboards, automate processes and research evolving market trends
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to provide real-time data on funnel health, hiring progress, and strategic sourcing insights
  • Act as an expert storyteller and marketer to engage passive talent and effectively communicate Socure's value proposition
  • Serve as a premier closer, painting a strong picture for candidates on why Socure is the right choice for their career growth
  • Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment cycle through data analysis and process optimization
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on employer branding and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in full life-cycle technical recruitment, specifically for engineers, QA, and designers within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven track record as a "technology forward" recruiter with expertise in leveraging AI and modern sourcing platforms like Juicebox, x-ray, Linkedin Recruiter, Ashby, and Claude/Chat GPT
  • Exceptional storytelling, marketing, and closing skills with the ability to engage and secure top-tier talent
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and dashboards to manage hiring pipelines and advise senior leadership
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong "customer obsession" mindset for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Project management approach to recruitment with a focus on milestones and continuous cycle improvement
  • Intellectual curiosity regarding the tech industry and identity fraud prevention space
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and reporting using Ashby or similar ATS
