Department: Infor Consulting Services
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: US-Remote
Description
The Client Partner is responsible for partnering with customers to demonstrate value and deliver business outcomes using Infor solutions. Ensuring on-going high levels of satisfaction and retention of customers is vital. The Client Partner will proactively work with both existing and new customers on a regular basis to uncover opportunities for increased utilization and adoption as well as opportunities for upsell. Additionally, our Client Partner will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and clients to assist in identifying, prioritizing and resolving any challenges or concerns.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Managing a National Territory with a Large Annual Consulting Services Personal Sales Quota supporting our all software solutions within industry vertical.
  • Supporting 'Net New' Sales Representatives on all opportunities for full sales lifecycle including: coordination of RFP responses, oral presentations and contract negotiation for services elements.
  • Working with sub-contractors to handle additional opportunities. Selling into the existing base in support of new software transactions.
  • Mining current customer base to develop pipeline opportunities in conjunction with inside sales team.
  • Forecasting Responsibility (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). Identification of Marketing Campaigns to drive opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience managing an annual personal quota
  • Consulting and/or License sales experience
  • Experience with consulting methodologies, especially around software/technology solutions
  • Experience supporting license sales and selling the value proposition of consulting services
  • Experience selling to prospects at the 'C' level
  • Experience developing pipeline/opportunities from an existing customer base
  • Experience selling into Public Sector (state and local government)
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
  • Travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consulting/Professional Services Sales experience
