About the Role
Loomis Sayles is seeking a Strategic Client Advisor to join the Strategic Relationships team to partner with our sub-advisory client's distribution teams. This individual will serve as a key client-facing representative for the firm, supporting sub-advisory and intermediary client relationships through advisor and wholesaler engagement, event support, and distribution support strategy. This role is designed to meet growing demand for dedicated field support across our strategic partner relationships, particularly as value-add client engagement programs continue to expand.
About the Team
The Strategic Relationship team at Loomis Sayles focuses on developing and deepening relationships with the firm's most important institutional clients. The team partners closely with investment professionals and distribution to ensure clients have a clear understanding of portfolio strategies, positioning, and performance. They act as a central point of coordination, bringing together resources across the firm to deliver consistent, high-quality client engagement and support long-term partnership growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external wholesalers at key strategic partners, serving as a consistent point of contact and Loomis Sayles ambassador in the field
  • Proactive engagement with our sub-advisory client's distribution teams to promote Loomis Sayles's investment views and value add content.
  • Travel extensively across the US and Canada to meet with sales teams at priority client and prospect firms, representing Loomis Sayles and our relevant investment strategies
  • Support value-add speaker programs and practice management events hosted on behalf of strategic partners, coordinating logistics and serving as an on-site Loomis representative
  • Develop fluency in Loomis Sayles' sub-advisory investment strategies to credibly represent the firm in field settings independently and/or alongside investment teams.

Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • Series 7 and Series 63 required
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management, financial services distribution, or a client-facing retail wholesaling role preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (domestic and international)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfort engaging with financial advisors, sales professionals, and senior client contacts.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of capital markets, and the ability to learn about individual investment products (investment philosophy, investment process, strategy, characteristics).
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and collaborative

Additional Requirements
The position follows a hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days work from office.
Loomis Sayles is committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 USD. Your starting salary will be based on your experience, skills, qualifications and local benchmarking. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award, which is based on individual and company performance.
