Loomis Sayles is committed to the continual improvement of our performance, processes and people. As part of this commitment, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate candidate, eager to contribute to our continued success through the following employment opportunity:
About the Role
Loomis Sayles is seeking a Strategic Client Advisor to join the Strategic Relationships team to partner with our sub-advisory client's distribution teams. This individual will serve as a key client-facing representative for the firm, supporting sub-advisory and intermediary client relationships through advisor and wholesaler engagement, event support, and distribution support strategy. This role is designed to meet growing demand for dedicated field support across our strategic partner relationships, particularly as value-add client engagement programs continue to expand.
About the Team

  • Support value-add speaker programs and practice management events hosted on behalf of strategic partners, coordinating logistics and serving as an on-site Loomis representative
  • Develop fluency in Loomis Sayles' sub-advisory investment strategies to credibly represent the firm in field settings independently and/or alongside investment teams.

Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • Series 7 and Series 63 required
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset management, financial services distribution, or a client-facing retail wholesaling role preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (domestic and international)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfort engaging with financial advisors, sales professionals, and senior client contacts.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of capital markets, and the ability to learn about individual investment products (investment philosophy, investment process, strategy, characteristics).
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and collaborative

Additional Requirements
The position follows a hybrid schedule with two days work from home and three days work from office.
