Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Strategic Accounts Client Manager (SACM) is responsible for managing client satisfaction for a specifically assigned strategic customer(s). This position is responsible for managing client satisfaction for our largest, most complex & long-term service solutions. The SACM will develop, maintain and manage the relationship between internal field operations and their assigned client by owning processes that add value to the client. A successful SACM will search for, communicate and implement new and creative methods to improve customer service, increase productivity and drive out cost. The incumbent has demonstrated performance, sales strategy execution, and cross-functional influence.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide regular reporting/presentations as requested by customer and internal stakeholders. Include cost studies, measurement tools, key performance indicators, and utilization metrics
• Engage in daily and weekly capacity forecast planning and execution with the customer
• Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and reporting is provided to the customer and, when needed, engage with the customer to resolve issues
• Lead implementation efforts for the successful onboarding of new business and clients
• Provide data used for contract renewals, rate increases and to evaluate changes in business by preparing operating assumptions for the account
• Oversee & execute the implementation and measurement of key performance indicators that support recommendations to drive out costs and add value to the customer
• Create and facilitate internal/external conversations regarding account assessments mid-year business reviews, contract renewals, and new business opportunities
• Guide pricing and proposal activity for the most complex clients & service solutions
• Leverage knowledge of the client portfolio and industry and market intelligence data to develop strategies for account growth, retention, and profitability
• Use subject matter expertise to mentor and lead peers on the client team
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years Supply Chain/Logistics, Transportation Sales, Account Management or related experience; must posses a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record as per JBH standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree & 5+ years Supply Chain/Logistics, Transportation Sales, Account Management or related experience; 5+ experience working with dedicated contract/managed logistics customers; must posses a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record as per JBH standards.

This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
