At #paid, we're on a mission to empower creators to do what they love-create. Our marketplace connects vetted creators with some of the world's most iconic brands, like McDonald's, Samsung, and Disney, fostering authentic collaborations that drive real business results. We've built a marketplace that solves big challenges in the creator ecosystem, from fair pricing to algorithmic matching and content usage rights, ensuring every partnership is seamless and impactful.
With our proprietary technology and an unwavering commitment to trust and transparency, we're revolutionizing the way brands and creators come together to make magic. Rated #1 for customer support and managed services, #paid is leading the creator marketing space. Through innovative technology and a team of ambitious humans, we're transforming the future of the creator economy.
The Role
As an Associate Client Partner at #paid, you'll be an integral part of our Enterprise Sales team. During your first six months, you will work closely with Senior Client Partners to gain hands-on experience, shadowing them and assisting with internal processes and client management tasks. This initial period is designed for you to build a solid foundation in our platform, industry, and sales strategies. As you grow, you will begin nurturing your own leads and transitioning into managing your own pipeline, with the goal of building your own territory.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious team member who can adapt quickly to changing conditions, is highly self-sufficient, and thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced sales environment. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and generating your own pipeline, and selling #paid's value across technology, strategy, and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, industry events, email campaigns, and other outreach methods and prospecting tools to build pipeline independently
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales representatives by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing them with information about products and services
  • Sales Follow-up: Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients through a value-based selling lens
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data, activities, and client interactions
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and the evolving creator marketing space
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and stay current on company products, market changes, and measurement best practices
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience

To be successful, you'll need to
  • Grow your personal account list to self-sufficiency within six months
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets by growing and expanding existing accounts and cultivating new ones
  • Lead 5+ new client meetings per week
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and agencies
  • Master #paid's Go-to-Market strategy and have a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry to provide data-driven insights, including measurement across organic and paid media
  • Manage the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to proposals to attending industry events-while navigating change with adaptability and strong process discipline

About you
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales or client-facing roles, such as Account Manager or Digital Planner, preferably in influencer/creator marketing or adjacent fields like media sales, publishing, or social platform sales. Junior, high-potential candidates with strong client poise are strongly considered.
  • Motivated: You are ambitious, eager to learn, hungry to grow, and excited to build your own territory from the ground up
  • Hands-On: Willing to dive into deals of all sizes and manage the entire sales cycle independently, with strong self-sufficiency
  • Relationship Builder: Strong in networking, both online and in-person, to create and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Continuous Learner: Committed to personal and professional growth through continuous learning and collaboration with Senior Client Partners; brings a point of view on the creator ecosystem
  • Process Orientation: You learn quickly, follow processes with minimal repetition, and operate effectively in a remote environment with ~30% travel
