About the job:
The Sr. Client Partner is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and successful delivery across complex enterprise engagements. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, and ensuring consistent execution across both sales and delivery functions. This requires deep experience managing large-scale client relationships in a matrixed, global delivery environment with strong accountability for both financial performance and client satisfaction.
What you will do at Sogeti:
โ€ข Lead and grow high-value enterprise client relationships with a focus on long-term account expansion and sustained revenue growth.
โ€ข Drive both sales and delivery execution, ensuring successful alignment between business development pipelines and high-quality project delivery.
โ€ข Manage complex, multi-dimensional client engagements across cross-functional and global (nearshore/offshore) teams.
โ€ข Own account profitability, financial performance, and forecasting, including revenue, margin, contracts, and pricing strategies.
โ€ข Partner with executive-level stakeholders to shape strategic direction, present innovative solutions, and reinforce business value at the C-level.
โ€ข Ensure consistent client satisfaction by overseeing delivery excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across engagements.

What you will bring:
โ€ข 10+ years of experience managing high-growth enterprise accounts, ideally with ownership of large single-client relationships and $10M+ growth contributions.

โ€ข Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
