Sr. Client Partner

Los Angeles or New York

Wongdoody is hiring a Sr. Client Partner with expertise leading integrated campaigns and digital transformation initiatives for leading brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and emerging technology – including AI-powered solutions – helping clients unlock new value through modern marketing, experience and operational innovation.

As Sr. Client Partner you'll have the opportunity to manage the integrated day-to-day efforts with key client relationships and accounts. You'll write scopes of work, manage projects / timelines and collaborate with creative and other teams, while managing a variety of projects. You'll lead the charge on a variety of initiatives including traditional advertising, XD/digital experience and AI-driven transformation efforts – working with an integrated team across the US and globally.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as key day-to-day strategic partner to your external clients and intercompany team
  • Champion new ideas, concepts and solutions to our clients and cross functional teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in support of marketing/advertising solutions and client needs
  • Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget
  • Manage matrixed teams; provide guidance, clear direction and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage development and execution of omni-channel marketing
  • Establish, improve and maintain processes and documents to aid in the organization and accuracy of how the projects work
  • Establish and evolve process that incorporate AI to improve speed, quality and scalability of work
What You're Like

What You've Got
  • 8+ years of experience client leadership in advertising agency or marketing consultancy
  • Confident, engaging, and persuasive presentation style
  • Track record of expanding relationships and scope through organic growth
  • Trained eye to evaluate creative work from both a strategic and executional perspective
  • Experience managing CX engagements (strategy + UX/UI design) with multiple project tracks and teams a plus!
  • Fluency in digital products/deliverables, web development technologies, and design thinking
  • Ability to carefully listen, process and validate stakeholder input from internal and external sources
  • An understanding of integrated production and the ability to lead engagements from start to finish
  • Experience working with or alongside AI-enabled tools and platforms/Strong understanding of how AI impacts content creation, customer experience, and delivery models
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A sense of humor!
