Job description

Senior Client Partner

Collinwood is assisting our client, a fast-growing, enterprise-grade AI consulting firm, in hiring a Senior Client Partner. They are growing rapidly, with their pipeline expanding faster than their headcount. Their brand is gaining momentum across mid-market and enterprise accounts, and they are investing to scale the next phase of growth. The Senior Client Partner will "solution", not "order-take". The right person will shape business cases with executives, quarterback solution architects and delivery leads through complex pursuits, and co-sell with Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, and other partners to win net-new logos. Our client helps organizations turn AI from experiment into outcome, pairing senior strategists, AI engineers, and nearshore delivery teams to ship production systems — not slideware. Their work spans AI strategy, custom AI agents, Generative-Driven Development (GDD), and end-to-end Data Transformation, delivered in partnership with Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, and other leading platforms.

What you will own:

  • New logo acquisition. Carry a net-new bookings quota of $3M–$4M annually (pro-rated to start), targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in the Dallas metro area and beyond
  • Solution selling at the executive level. Lead consultative discovery with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and business leaders. Translate ambiguous problems into quantified business cases and multi-phase engagement strategies.
  • Pursuit leadership. Quarterback AI solution architects, delivery leaders, and subject-matter experts through pursuits — from first conversation to signed SOW.
  • Partner co-sell. Build and work joint pipeline with Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, and other ecosystem partners. Show up as the trusted services partner in their accounts.
  • Inbound + outbound balance. Convert the existing Dallas pipeline efficiently while building a disciplined outbound motion in priority accounts.
  • Forecasting and rigor. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account plans. Operate with the discipline expected at a senior services seller level.

What we need from you:

  • 10+ years delivering & selling professional services, with a strong preference for AI, data, or digital engineering services. You have personally closed seven-figure engagements.
  • A solver, not an order-taker. You uncover problems clients did not know they had, frame ROI in their language, and shape deals — you do not wait for an RFP.
  • Technically credible. You can hold a real conversation about LLMs, AI agents, modern data platforms, and cloud architectures with technical buyers — and know when to bring in a specialist.
  • Connected in Dallas. You have an active executive network in the DFW metro and a track record of converting that network into pipeline.
  • Partner-fluent. Experience co-selling with hyperscalers and data platform partners (Databricks, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • A teammate. You sell as part of a team. You bring solution architects, delivery leaders, and executives into your deals at the right moments — and you make them want to work your pipeline.

Why should you consider this opportunity:

  • Hot territory, real air cover. A warm Dallas pipeline, an in-market CEO, and a global delivery org behind every pursuit. You will not be on an island.
  • Differentiated offering. Generative-Driven Development, custom AI agents, AI strategy, and Data Transformation — sold into a market actively buying AI outcomes.
  • Senior seat. Direct line to the VP of Growth and exposure to the executive team. Your wins shape how we scale the next phase of the business.
  • Compensation. Senior-level OTE of $375,000, with a structure designed to reward strong new-business performance.
