We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, execution-oriented Client Partners preferably with a background in Account Management, Product and Program Managementto own and manage iLink's business (and its growth) with strategic customer(s). This is an exciting position that requires a highly motivated individual to manage relationship, develop business strategies and enable digital transformation for our customers.
Skillset:
  • Minimum8 years of work experience in Account Management including some experiencewith Program Management or Technology Delivery Management roles postBachelors
  • Excellentrelationship, leadership and organizational skills are required for thisposition
  • Experiencein a client-facing technical role, preferably customer success or accountmanagement, with a proven track record of high customer satisfaction andretention
  • Goodunderstanding of technical delivery processes and best practices. Abilityto lead status presentations and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellentbusiness acumen and interest in technology to understand application ofvarious technologies to business problems and use cases.
  • Abilityto articulate technology concepts and innovative ideas while clearlyoutlining the value proposition and business case for digital initiativeswith customers.
  • Beflexible, possess oriented with outstanding problem solving, written andoral communication skills.
  • Preferenceto candidates with prior relevant experience in a similar fast pacedenvironment
  • Idealcandidate must be in the Bay-area visiting assigned Customer/s every weekand managing and nurturing relationships.
  • Verticalknowledge in Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Technology is a bonus.
Roles and responsibilities include:
  • Createa strategic relationship with key client stakeholders including ITLeaders, Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and C-Level executives such asCIOs, CTOs and CDOs
  • Understandcustomers' business and goals in depth, and ensure they get the best valueout of their partnership with iLink
  • Presentdigital transformation ideas and trends to executives and decision makers.Focus on solving business problems of client organization and stakeholdersthrough digital innovation. Become their "trusted advisor" and "strategicpartner".
  • Ensuresmooth and transparent stakeholder communications. Support and guidedelivery team to implement appropriate delivery and project managementprocesses. Work closely with delivery teams and customers to ensure thatclient expectations are met in terms of delivery quality and timelines.
  • Managecustomer demands, set expectations, communicate transparently, deliver oncommitments, and support escalations.
  • OrganizeQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) between client leadership and iLinkexecutives and delivery leadership.
  • Help inconducting technology sessions and digital transformation workshops forclients that align with their technology roadmap and business goals.
  • Designand implement a strategic account plan that expands company's businesswithin customers.
  • Havedirect responsibility of business relationship and customer satisfactionand drive success measured by renewals and new revenue growth. Achievegrowth and hit targets by successfully managing the business pipeline.
  • HandleSoWs, work orders and MSA related discussions. Resource and invoiceprojections for managed accounts.
  • Makepresentations to client stakeholders to inform and educate about ourservices and capabilities.
  • Collectfeedback from prospects and customers to have discussions with theinternal leadership team
