Zencore is seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to drive strategic customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and accelerate Google Cloud adoption within some of the world's largest enterprises. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting sales professional who understands how to build executive relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop long-term account growth strategies while partnering closely with Google Cloud.

As a trusted advisor, you will be embedded with key enterprise customers to understand their business objectives, align Zencore's consulting services to their needs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a consultative mindset, a proven history of growing enterprise accounts, and the ability to effectively co-sell alongside Google Cloud field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and long-term customer success.

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

  • Spend significant time onsite with strategic customers, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Identify, qualify, and close new consulting and professional services opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Partner closely with Google Cloud sales teams to develop joint account strategies, co-sell opportunities, and customer engagement plans.

  • Collaborate with Zencore delivery, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure successful execution of customer engagements.

  • Lead executive business reviews, account planning sessions, and opportunity pipeline reviews.

  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations to uncover expansion opportunities across multiple business units.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity within CRM.

  • Stay informed on Google Cloud technologies, AI, infrastructure modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives to effectively advise customers.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise account management, client management, consulting sales, or professional services experience.

  • Proven success growing strategic enterprise accounts with measurable results, including revenue growth, account expansion, and customer retention.

  • Demonstrated ability to present quantifiable achievements (e.g., revenue growth, account expansion percentages, multi-million-dollar services engagements).

  • Experience working within a consulting or professional services organization. Experience with leading consultancies such as Slalom, Accenture, Deloitte, or premier Google Cloud partners is strongly preferred.

  • Experience partnering with Google Cloud sales organizations and understanding Google's co-sell motion.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Willingness to travel regularly and spend substantial time onsite with customers

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in the Financial Services industries.

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, cloud migration, AI, data analytics, infrastructure modernization, and managed services.

  • Experience managing complex consulting engagements from opportunity identification through successful delivery.

  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and services contracting.
