Global Client Partner

To be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.

Global Client Partner – CP with an account size of 50M+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business units
  • Act as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business Heads
  • Build and sustain HCL's position as a preferred global partner
  • Drive global revenue expansion by identifying opportunities across regions, industry and service offering
  • Anticipate client's evolving needs and proactively introduce innovation, digital transformation and new models
  • Chair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes and innovation initiatives
  • Represent the company in client forums and industry events
  • Provide thought leadership to the client on emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Lead a global account team including Account managers, Client Directors and Support functions

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
