Job Description

The Global Real Estate analyst is responsible for leading lease administration activities for the Global Real Estate function. This includes supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process (pre-and-post activities), explaining variances to forecasts, and providing lease accounting oversight for the P&L items. You will also support the financial for projects by keeping track of operating and capital expenses across all Real Estate projects. You will report to the Global Real Estate Leader and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret contracts, lease agreements, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience preparing reports and analyzing financial or operational data.
  • Develop financial schedules and analysis illusrating the operating, capital and accounting impacts of real estate projects.
  • Analyze lease obligations, rent schedules, Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital expenditures (CAPEX), forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting by providing financial analysis and documentation supporting real estate transactions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in lease administration, real estate, accounting, finance, or related business operations.
  • Experience supporting corporate real estate, lease administration, facilities, or property management functions.
  • Experience working with lease administration software and lease accounting systems.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting principles, CPI adjustments, Common Area Maintenance (CAM), and landlord operating expense reconciliations.
  • Experience managing capital projects, capital expenditure requests, forecasting, and fixed asset processes.
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial variance analyses.
  • Familiarity with global lease portfolios, including North America, EMEA, and other international regions.
  • Experience supporting asset tracking, site consolidations, relocations, or facility closures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
  • Experience developing ad hoc reporting and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and fixed asset management processes.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $112,720 - $169,080 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
