Job description

About Jamloop

Jamloop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

Jamloop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising. Jamloop has also been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 500, AdExchanger Power Players, and the Stevie Awards for Tech Excellence.

Role Overview

As a Client Partner, you will serve as the strategic lead for new and existing client engagements, helping shape campaign success from initial discovery through onboarding, launch, and long-term growth planning.

Rather than owning the day-to-day management of live campaigns, you'll focus on building strategic media plans, leading onboarding and client education, defining success metrics, and ensuring campaigns are positioned for success from the start. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and an internal strategic resource, partnering closely with Campaign Managers and Creative Optimization Specialists to align strategy, performance goals, and business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading executive conversations, developing thoughtful media strategies, and creating scalable processes in a high-growth environment. As Jamloop continues to scale, this role will play a critical part in defining how we onboard, support, and grow client partnerships.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Planning & Client Onboarding

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, KPIs, audiences, and success metrics

  • Develop strategic media plans and campaign recommendations aligned to business objectives

  • Own the onboarding process and establish campaign success frameworks prior to launch

  • Create executive-ready presentations, campaign recommendations, and strategic business reviews

  • Partner with Account Executives during late-stage sales opportunities to support solution design and planning

Client Strategy & Business Growth

  • Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle

  • Translate campaign performance into actionable business recommendations

  • Support key client conversations, executive reviews, and growth planning discussions

  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and long-term partnership growth

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and become a consultative resource

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Campaign Managers to ensure strategic alignment from planning through execution

  • Collaborate with Creative Optimization Specialists on testing strategies and optimization roadmaps

  • Help develop scalable onboarding, communication, and planning processes as the company grows

  • Work with technical stakeholders to ensure tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks are established correctly

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and client experiences

What You Bring

Must-haves

  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, programmatic media, client strategy, or account planning

  • Strong understanding of media planning, campaign measurement, optimization, and performance reporting

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders

  • Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments where processes continue to evolve

  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams to align strategy and execution

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CTV, OLV, programmatic advertising, or attribution solutions

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and media planning tools

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building scalable processes

  • Demonstrated initiative in leading projects that improve team effectiveness and client outcomes

  • Acts as a trusted resource, mentor, and collaborative team contributor

  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks

What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months

  • New clients experience a seamless onboarding process and clear path to campaign success

  • Strategic recommendations consistently influence client decision-making and business outcomes

  • Campaign Managers feel empowered to lead optimization discussions and client communications with confidence

  • Cross-functional teams operate with greater clarity through improved planning and onboarding processes

  • Client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities increase due to stronger strategic guidance

  • Scalable frameworks, documentation, and best practices are established to support future growth

Benefits

  • Remote hybrid flexibility

  • Health benefits

  • 401(k)

  • PTO / flexible vacation

Compensation

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 OTE
