Vertical Relevance is looking for a top-performing Sales Executive (Client Partner) to focus on selling Client solutions (Services) within the Financial Services Market. The Vertical Relevance Team supports financial services firms in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working together with our Founders, Solution Partners, and cloud leaders, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision-makers to uncover services opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
The Client Partner (CP) is responsible for developing qualified pipelines and closing deals involving VR’s Business Consulting Services.
Responsibilities 

•   Drive demand for consulting and related services across.
•    Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics across the full Services portfolio which will result in exceeding sales targets
•    Prospect, target, and build pipeline with prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for Client Services.
•    Differentiate capabilities compared to other providers.
•    Develop credibility and relationships with direct relationships as well as team.
•    Drive direct sales approach and succuss plans for selling professional services.
•    Develop and execute joint sales strategies with primary ecosystem partners at the
      account level in coordination with account leaders
•    Connect our SMEs to pursuits and engage them in architecting cloud solutions.
•    Work with the Pursuit and Sales Effectiveness teams to create and execute sales campaigns.
•    Manage the sales process from initial identification through closure and “own” the sale.

Qualifications
•   10+ years successful track record selling AWS Cloud Native, Business or IT related services.
•    Fluency and technical acumen related to a AWS, Business Consulting or IT area. 
•    Working knowledge of the cloud technology landscape and marketplace.
•    Competent at engaging and developing business with technical partners.
•    Experience selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services,
     characterized by long sales cycles and both small and large dollar transactions.
•    Track record of business relationships with senior client executive
•    Ability to work as a team player.
•    Highly motivated self-starter.
•    Demonstrated leadership expertise.
•    Proven expertise in leading complex sales processes.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Exceptional executive presence and business acumen.
•    Proficient in multi-tasking, task oriented and result driven.
•    An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.
•    Experience developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to realize sales objectives.
