Job description

Client Partner — Fulcrum Digital

As a Client Partner at Fulcrum Digital, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders. You will uncover digital transformation opportunities across core systems modernisation, platform enablement, automation, and data & analytics — and connect them to Fulcrum Digital's capabilities and delivery teams.

This is a senior, revenue-owning role that balances proactive new business development with deep account management. You will be expected to drive multi-million dollar engagements and represent Fulcrum Digital as a credible thought leader in your area of focus.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop trusted, senior-level relationships (VP to C-suite) with clients and prospects, acting as a strategic advisor on digital transformation priorities.
  • Lead full commercial cycles: account planning, opportunity identification, RFP responses, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution architecture teams to ensure successful project outcomes and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive proactive farming and expansion of the existing client base.
  • Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technology to shape timely, relevant client conversations.
  • Represent Fulcrum Digital at key industry events and contribute to thought leadership in digital transformation.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene to support business planning and executive reporting.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 10–15 years in client-facing sales or account management within IT services, consulting, or technology-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder deals of $1M+ ACV.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, software development, or managed services engagements to enterprise clients.
  • Established network of senior relationships (VP / C-suite) within your industry vertical.

Domain Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of your industry's value chain, with strong expertise across key functional and technology areas relevant to digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with the core systems and platforms shaping modernisation journeys in your sector.
  • Awareness of emerging trends and technologies shaping the industry, including AI-driven solutions and data-led innovation.
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technology buyers (CTO, CIO) and business buyers (COO and other senior operational leaders) simultaneously.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to structure, negotiate, and close complex multi-year deals.
  • Collaborative — able to orchestrate internal cross-functional teams (delivery, pre-sales, legal, finance) around client opportunities.
  • Data-driven and structured in pipeline management and business planning.
