About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented professional to join our IT Workforce Solutions team. This role is ideal for individuals at the early stage of their career who are eager to build expertise in client management, business development, and sales within the IT staffing industry.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement.

  • Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.

  • Proactively generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal teams for effective delivery.

  • Schedule meetings, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Contribute to revenue growth through consistent sales activity and pipeline development.

  • Support client discussions and help position staffing solutions effectively.
